Lisa Curry Gray was an active investor for twenty years in the energy industry before commencing a legal practice of commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and business entity formations in Texas and New Mexico. Her hands-on experience is a pragmatic foundation for in depth representation in the energy, natural resources, and property protection industries.

In commercial law, Lisa assists with the negotiation and drafting of letters of intent, business contracts, and asset purchases and sales. She has also recommended and assisted with the formation of business entities, including limited partnerships, limited liability companies, general partnerships, Sub-S and C corporations.

Lisa’s energy practice includes negotiating and preparing oil and gas leases, mineral assets, surface agreements, groundwater and surface water rights, and the sale of business entities. Additionally, she has represented clients before governmental agencies, both regulatory and administrative.

After receiving her LLM in International Arbitration and Global Energy from the University Of Texas School Of Law in Austin, Lisa has become increasingly involved in the development of international business platforms in the energy and technological fields, with an emphasis on patent protection and portfolio management.
